Training Goals

COFER aims at training learners with political and moral qualities, a sense of serving the people, ability of self-studying, communication and teamwork skills, good health to meet requirements of building and protecting the country.

COFER trains learners with strong knowledge, basic practical skills, right attitude and professional ethics. We attach importance to practicing skills and capacity to perform professional duties, which help learners find jobs and participate in job creation.
