MISSION
The mission of the College of Foreign Economic Relations is to train and provide human resources with high quality practice in the field of Commerce-Service; develop students' self-study capacity, scientific creative application capacity; training students working skills and lifestyle in an international economic integration environment.
VISION
By 2020, the College of Foreign Economic Relations will become the leading College in the country in training the Trade - Service industries, ensuring that the graduates have enough competitive and adaptive capacity quickly for the global economy; College is externally assessed by an independent vocational education accreditation organization.
By 2030, the COFER will become a prestigious college with the high quality compares to other colleges in the ASEAN region, meeting the development and integration requirements of the country; quickly improve the training quality of some major equivalent to regional and international standards. All of the TDTU’s degrees must be approved and accredited by an external evaluation of international educational accreditation organizations.
